The curve is an innovative new theatre and performing arts centre for the city of Leicester, providing two theatre spaces – a 750-seat main auditorium and a 350-seat studio, as well as production/workshop facilities, rehearsal spaces, administrative/office areas and retail and café areas. COMMERCIAL – NORTH SYDNEY. The Owners – SP21592 – 107 Walker Street. Refurbishment of a North Sydney Commercial building including 7 levels, ground floor lobby and external entrance. The project has recently reached completion within a construction period of 12 weeks. A staged hand back of levels was achieved through a rolling program to reduce impact on occupants of the building. The refurbishment was completed whilst the building was still occupied. The project reached completion in September 2012.
