The blog about running, eating and everything else. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Memorial Day Weekend Part 2. But i was determined to finish and thats what I did. I fought through the heat and my horrible stomach issues and finished my run. Family BBQ at my house! After they left I went to the beach and ran barefoot by the water for 3.50 miles and also incorporated 2 200 meter sprints in the deeper sand. My first beach run was a huge success and I definitely can't wait to do it again! Kath Eats Real Food.
