Friday, December 11, 2009. Eat Like You Give A Damn! Ok- That's the title of a book that my cousin turned me on to. Noooo, I haven't read it or actually seen a copy of it, but the title alone has inspired me! Really- eat like i give a damn, cuz right now i really do. i hate saying "right now" but its just how i'm feeling! So- i have been doing pretty well with "THE 1st 28" low carb, healthy choices and whole grains. plus a couple of choc covered almonds here and there! I've become a secret shopoholic!

Thursday, October 29, 2009. And The Diet Begins. So, i read my sister's blog "eating and sweating" and it inspired me to blog. should i write about what a great dieter i am? Starting with the no cheat rule. only weigh yourself once a week and plan to eat well! It's all a joke. cuz no matter what, every year i manage to eat myself out of my pants! Seriously- I literally get through the holidays, licking every finger and baking every pie to the point where i can't fit anything! Need I say more?

I love how i get all inspired about a new diet or work-out routine and i come up with these rediculous antics to stay on. like wearing that girdle every day! I did try. i rolled that girdle(spanx) up my bod and just sat there exhausted and a little sweaty! Then rolled it right back off and flung it right back in the drawer! I didn't need the girdle to stay on my eating plan (as if a girdle could keep me on my diet- where do i get this crap?

Friday, November 27, 2009. Ok i'm about to go on about "The 1st 28"! Yes, i gave it a theme. i gotta do something! So, if a theme will help me.then that's what i've gotta do! In fact, i know a gal that did 21 days. she seemed to be very successful. so as i cheered her on, i should have been catching on! But now, IT"S ON! So just to keep me motivated/miserable to keep up the 28 days. i'm gonna wear my girldle every day just to make myself uncomfortable enough to keep up the great eating habits!
