Tuesday, May 11, 2010. Using statement inside or outside the namespace! I have been running StyleCop on my code and it keeps reporting that my using statements should be inside the namespace. The reasons for putting them inside the namespace go against the convention of one class per file i.e makes the declarations local to that namespace for the file but if i only have one namespace per file, then this does not make any difference.
