Appropriateness refers to a given whole situation and to the potential of human perception. When there is the appropriate inner posture, then each expression becomes appropriate automatically. The striving for a true body should be the most natural striving for a human.

The text of the book represents the expression of a human being who looks into the world with an unfettered mind and who gives an account of what she sees in her own words. The expression shall be in an individual's own words because otherwise it would consist only in an imitation of words (already said) by someone else. This is also based on the view that whoever knows a process well is also capable to describe it in one's own words. This refers also to the genuineness of an expression.
