Wednesday, January 30, 2008. The Versluis Snowcross was this past Saturday. It's a super fun, low-key cross race starting and finshing at Nate and Shari Versluis' place followed by a potluck-style kegger in the garage. This is the only Kisscross race I've made it to consistently for the last few years. And it's a good way to break up the winter blahs. Thursday, December 27, 2007. My parking lot is pretty busy since we share it with a few businesses.cars are always driving through. So, it was an open invitation (ha ha.literally! For someone to go ahead and take whatever they wanted out of my car. I even had my new iPod Shuffle and an iTunes gift certificate sitting right on the passenger seat in plain view! Monday, November 26, 2007. I have a bike? Ok, so.the Iceman. Yep, I rode it. It was a blast! Ha hawe all know Iceman is more about the party than the race, anyway. This past weekend, I went up north for the holiday and brought my cyclocross bike with the hopes of getting in a road ride while I was up there. But, wouldn't you know we ended up getting a foot of snow! In fact, the last hour of my drive up on Wednesday was in white-out conditions. Crazy. Here's a few pics from this past weekend.

Monday, January 05, 2009. Gosh, almost five months since my last post. I think that's officially my longest absence. But, I haven't been completely absent from the internet. I do work on the web after all :). So, this year, I want to spend more time "just riding" and less time fretting about how to fit in the workout of the day. Thursday, February 21, 2008. I'm so over this weather. Ok, I like the cold and all (I do.really! But I'm starting to wonder if it's ever going to end.
