Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Tuesday was Nate's plastic surgery to remove his "bump" as we called it. Here he is what his bumped looked like at his consultation on 6/19 3 weeks after the bump appeared. Friday, May 21, 2010. School was out and we left that afternoon for a weekend plus at Santee Lanke in San Diego. Heres our campin buddies: my folks, Ryan's folks, Ryan's grandparents and the Schmidts. Ryan's grandparents site had the most awesome climbing tree - all the kids in the surrounding sites thought so too! There is so much wildlife at Santee, this time we saw baby ducks! Some girls came over and caught the ducks so they boys could pet them :). Look there I am! Our lovely site right on the lake:.

Friday, May 14, 2010. Since Ryan built a pirate ship in the backyard we figured it would be good to have a pirate theme party. We started of with some mustaches:. And lots of playing on the playset. Saturday, October 31, 2009. This year both boys wanted to be Wolverine for Halloween - I apologize now for sucky Halloween photos, dont know what my problem was this year. Thursday before Halloween we had a fun Momtourage hangout that the boys loved! Paul took all the kids pictures and printed them on the spot - sweet! Saturday, May 29, 2010. Rancho was invaded by the Empire. Just kidding, the Gardens had Star Wars days last week. The boys had to be warmed up to taking pictures with all the characters, after trying to dunk Jar Jar in the Dunktank, Nate was ready, here he his with Boba Fett. Me and him with a Tie Fighter Pilot. We talked Zach into joining Nate with Jengo Fett and mini Jengo Fett. Once we got inside a wanted a picture with EVERY cardboard cut-out! Uncle Joel is so funny! Ryan, Jane, Nate and Zach.

The guys, ( Jonah included-He loves to help, especially outdoors! Cut down trees, cleared brush, cut and stacked logs. After a tiring day of work, Mom came over and brought pizza! Wednesday, August 04, 2010. I think I cut a little over a minute off of last years swim. I also have a new road bike and it allowed me to increase my pace from 10 miles an hour last year to 15 miles per hour this year. Yay! I am thankful that I was introduced to this sport by Mike's cousin, Tanya. It is so fun and rewarding. I really think you should have a Sprint tri on your bucket list. There is time, there was a 71 year old who did the event in under 2 hours! It is so worth it! Little Toes, Litte Nose.

May 24, 2008. I'm starting a diet. So I am starting this diet. the first 8 days is a detox. I can only eat veggies and oil. and not even the veggies I like. no carrots or corn. bummer. After 4 days I get to add whole grains, like amaranth, quinoa. Millet and buckwheat. After the 8 day detox part, I get to add chicken, eggs, fish and turkey. This is day two and so far I'm already tired. Of lettuce, zucchini, cauliflower. Center for Advanced Health. And yes I have an exercise. This morning, and Mackenzie.
