Wednesday, August 25, 2010. I'm a big girl now! Most of you know that I have been working at a Care and Rehab center in St. George. Rich has not been cleared to go back to work (and wont be until back surgery) so I have been the "working" parent for the past year and 3 months. I was the cook, and LOVED it! Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Tide pools, Waves and Strips. May 6th, Beach Day! Before we left the hotel, one of the kids captured Philip with the butterfly net! I always laugh at Jonas lining up all his toys. He loves a neat line up! Our first stop was the tide pools at Laguna. We got there at a good time to find and see the sea life. Ila was the first one to hold a living sea creature. Then Cora found a couple. She absolutley loves animals and sea creatures and knows a lot about them. Grandpa with his kids.

Monday, August 13, 2012. First day of school: 6th and 2nd grade. Today the boys were up and ready to start school. Grant had butterflies on the way to school and Ethan had jokes about his braces prepared. I turned off the radio so we could talk the whole way to drop them off. It was fun seeing them excited to go back to school. They were looking forward to being reunited with their friends! Stu ran it with a guy from our ward only 2 weeks after the marathon. He was nervous about his knee and his knee did hurt, but he made it through and made some great friends.
