John Girvan is a local tour guide and blacksmith in Devizes. He is perhaps best known as a local historian, and creator of the popular Devizes Ghost Walk. John hosts a variety of local guided walks and illustrated talks and presentations, including the Devizes Ghost Walk, and Devizes Heritage Walk. He is also the author of a number of local books, most recently publishing Doing Time in Wiltshire.
