Life in our care home. When residents come to Threeways, we will come and chat to find out your likes and dislikes. Special diets can be catered for. A cooked breakfast is available, the main meal of the day being lunch, with a light evening meal. Meals are available either in the dining room or in the resident’s room. Life in our care home. Each resident is allocated a member of the care staff to act as a key worker. Key workers are responsible for the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of their allocated residents. Life in our care home. Alcohol consumption is accepted on a social basis only. Threeways is a no smoking home. The home is fitted with a continually monitored fire alarm system and is subject to weekly testing. We have installed effective quality monitoring systems.
