Una de las cosas buenas de esta receta, a parte del sabor, la cremosidad y lo refrescante del helado en sí, es que puedes aromatizar la leche a tu gusto, con más canela, sin canela, jengibre… las especias que te apetezcan. El truqui? HELADO DE LECHE MERENGADA. 800 gr de leche entera. 400 gr de nata. 1-2 ramas de canela.
