Tuesday, August 18, 2015. We could NOT have anticipated the chain reaction that took place on Dylan's birthday. Have you seen the map? Each star represents at LEAST one Random Act of Kindness that was done in Dylan's memory. How cool is that? If you haven't already checked out our facebook page, you can find that here. Thursday, January 10, 2013. I'm trying to stay positive. I'm trying to continue on a day at a time. But sometimes that's really hard. Sometimes I want to just go home, pull down the shades, turn off the lights and curl into a ball and cry. Not everything happens for a reason. This isn't a test to see how strong I am. I've been told by countless people how strong I was after I lost Dylan, why would anyone need further proof? Ok see, I just went to the dark place.time to get out. Have you seen this face?

The last few days, I've been really teary.and I sort of just figured that time of the month was coming up (sorry Male readers) but as I was sitting here, crying for the nearly 5th time today it hit. "Duh, you idiot! It's so crazy how feelings and emotions of love, pain, grief (and others but these are mine right now) can just take over. You can fight it for only so long, and then it overflows. And even oozes out of your pores. The boy who changed my life.

Thursday, December 26, 2013. We've started something. Two years in a row, John and I have designed and built Charley's main gift from us. So I guess we'll be designing and building her Christmas presents from now on. I hope she likes her wooden car with square wheels we'll build for her on the Christmas when she's sixteen! I'm sure she'll be thrilled! So this year, before I got this crazy desk idea I had planned on buying Charley the IKEA easel. Her similarly aged daughter received for her birthday.

Friday, July 31, 2015. Here is what else she's been up to this month. Sleep is still really great. She now goes down around 9:15-9:30 and sleeps straight through until 6:30 when we wake her during the week. Weekends she'll either sleep a little later, or she'll decide to play a little game of revenge and wake ME at 6:30 since she's used to waking at that time. She usually goes back down for a nap very soon afterwards. A in the sleep department, Laney Bug! It is officially official: Laney is a happy baby!

Every now and then I have the pleasure of working with repeat customers. This was the case with this adorable and sweet Ballerina Birthday Party. I received an email from an existing customer, Bethany, asking to design her oldest daughter's 4th birthday party invitation and decorations. She {and her daughter!
