Even the wise Dale Hutton commented that I have the ability to get sick after doing the slightest amount of exercise (he's right)! This is why if you listen (you dont have to try that hard) to me you can hear me breathing in deeply. Frequently asked questions include: Does it hurt when you breath? God will heal me!

I went to pick 'n pay this weekend, to buy the usual. milk, provitas, tea, etc. My joy that I usually get from grocery shopping was short lived because of a certain milky experience! Looking along the shelves of the long life milk, there wasnt the milk that i usually buy anywhere to be found. This is the Pick 'n Pay fat free milk. Its about R1,30 cheaper than the First Choice milk. Not only was there none of my fat free milk, but no Pick 'n Pay milk AT ALL. How can this be so?
