Wednesday, April 14, 2010. I am still waiting for the cotton harvest work to start. I rang the contractor today and he said the Cotton is still a bit green and to ring him again next week. So I'm setting up camp. I visited Mum and Dad on the coast and stayed for about 10 day’s. I left there on Monday 12th and took my time getting here to Moree. Below is a video I took of the trip. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Well today I became bored after sittin 'round for 3 day's due to the rain, although we needed it. So I went for drive to Collarenebri to check out the Barwon R., see if it is flooding yet, it wasn't. Driving out there listening to 2WEB AM 585 on the radio I learned that the Barwon may flood north of Collarenebri in the next few days, so I might go out there again in a few days time with my camera and camcorder. On the way back I saw a Wedgy (Wedged Tail Eagle).

Friday, February 19, 2010. ArmorAll Bathurst 12 hour. I went to the ArmorAll Bathurst 12 hour race at Mt Panorama last week end(12th-14th Feb). It rained a lot over the three days I was there, although I was able to take a lot of still photo's and some video footage. The only camping at the track was behind the pit area, which was good because the drivers and cars of the support categories were also camped there. This is the winning car driven by John Bowe, Paul Morris and Garry Holt.

Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Today 17th Nov 09. Well today here on the farm things went ok, we got a few things done before it got too hot. They said it got to 41C in Moree. I spent a few hours here in front of the air conditioner, it's still warm outside this evening. I linked a couple of my other sites, Flikr (slideshow), and I was able to embed a video that is on my youtube channel into my previous post on here. A friend invited me to go fishing/camping Saturday night just gone,. Today 17th Nov 09.

Player of the Season. We were originally based at the Discovery Golf and Leisure driving range in Coalville, Leicestershire. Open to all local golfers who would like to play regularly on good local courses. The members and committee endeavour to provide a friendly welcome to all newcomers and make them feel relaxed from the start. At the end of each match the winners and runners up are presented with a prize. There is always a nearest the pin and longest drive competition.
