That’s the best seat on the plane! I asked the older lady with her grandson if it was open and she said it was. I sat down and was pretty excited to have the seat. Our last stretch in the high Sierra’s. Aug 06, 2016. We watched as the bear walked around the meadow, foraging and occasionally looking up at us not seeming to mind us. We kept our distance though, took some photos and continued on. We realised what a treat it was to not be on the PCT, it was so quiet! We didn’t see anyone else that day and enjoyed the solitude as we camped with a view of a meadow and some mountains. Nothing like a Selfie after a long climb 😛.
