Meditation for me has been implemented during my physical exercise either on the elliptical in the gym- or jogging outdoors experiencing nature. This was a change from my rapid reading of magazines-or watching the small televisions while anxiously watching the clock on the machine, or compiling a list of things that needed to be done, or feeding myself negative thoughts about how I should be lower in body fat, or stick to a stricter diet.
