Writing in the Margins: February 2009
http://niperkin.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Writing in the Margins. Monday, February 23, 2009. New year, and another chance to sew the girls dresses. I kind of played the too busy/lazy card last year when it came time to make dresses for special occasions. This year, I am doing at least one holiday. So Easter it is! I just have to nail down the design. Here are some of my inspirations, we will see how it comes out in the end:). Is it going to be too warm for this fabric? I would have to add sleeves to this design. Anyone have an opinion? Heather i...

Unsworth Imports: October 2010
http://unsworthimports.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 1, 2010. Our BYU Football Game. In this picture: (Back Row) Chris, Sheila, Norah, Scott, Gabby; (Front Row) Jack, Audrey, Jodie. This game. They know none of the rules, and think the players are a little wussy wearing all the padding, comparatively speaking of other games like soccer, and rugby. But these parents loved this boy, and chose to forgo their own dislikes and try to please him. So they called UNCLE SCOTT! Alright, as you may have guessed this little story is about us Unsworth's.

Unsworth Imports: January 2011
http://unsworthimports.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 27, 2011. January 14th 2011, our sweet boy turned the big 7! Why does seven sound so much older than six? It is countdown to his baptism. He's in first grade, and it all seems so grown up. I just can't believe it. 1 His genuinely happy spirit. He is so enjoyable to be around. His smile, laughter, conversation, love and concern, make me enjoy his presence very much. Its catching. He makes me smile over everything, because he find something to be excited about in everything. I just love h...

Writing in the Margins: June 2008
http://niperkin.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Writing in the Margins. Thursday, June 26, 2008. We finally got around to planting the pumpkins in our backyard. We had lots of help from family and now we just have to water it every once in a while and cross our fingers that the animals don't eat them all up. Maybe, if we are lucky, we will have everyone over to pick pumpkins for Halloween. Fun stuff! Thursday, June 19, 2008. And thus begins the adventures in eating. Maybe this one will be less picky, I am not going to hold my breath. We both fake laug...

Unsworth Imports: January 2012
http://unsworthimports.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 10, 2012. I just love my children. They fight, they scream and yell, they drive me crazy. BUT, they are extremely compassionate. They love each other. They may fight over a toy or game, but they honestly care about each others welfare. I started bandaging up the new wound, and helping her into her pajamas, when I noticed Jack. How proud I am that my children can do this. What a great example he is. I am so thankful for both (all three) of them. My sweet little Unsworth clan!

Unsworth Imports: Yellowstone Aug 2011
http://unsworthimports.blogspot.com/2011/08/yellowstone-aug-2011.html
Sunday, August 28, 2011. The pictures below are kind of backward and out of order, but the idea is still there. Beware, there is a lot of them. Tucked in the van, ready to head back home after 4 days of camping. Family shot, on the Indian Paint Pots trail. Jack and I, what a cute kid. He was so adventurous on the trails, I was lucky to make him stop for this. Me and Audrey, I believe we are overlooking the Yellowstone Falls. Jack at the Yellowstone Falls. Couldn't resist this shot! This picture was taken...

Unsworth Imports: September 2010
http://unsworthimports.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 27, 2010. Audrey gave this prayer today before scriptures:. Please bless Norah's brother. Please bless Norah's sister. Please bless Norah's sister to be a good sister. Please bless Norah's brother as he goes to shool. Please bless mom and dad to be married in the temple. Please bless Martin, Jacks friend, so Jack can play with him. Please bless us to have a good day. Note: Martin is not Jacks friend. He is an obnoxious kids that lives around the corner, whose DAD is a huge bully. I hope...

Unsworth Imports: July 2010
http://unsworthimports.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 12, 2010. Father and Sons Campout? Lads and Dads Camp? Whatever. GIRLS NIGHT IN! This is the first year I actually planned to do something fun with the girls when Chris and Jack went to the Father and Sons campout. Audrey is old enough now to plan something that can actually hold her attention - for a little while anyway. And Norah, well, she was just showering us with her cuteness the whole night. Ignore the dates on the photos, these all took place in May of 2010). I wore it proudly. Don't...

Writing in the Margins: We love Gustafer Yellowgold!
http://niperkin.blogspot.com/2009/07/we-love-gustafer-yellowgold.html
Writing in the Margins. Sunday, July 12, 2009. We love Gustafer Yellowgold! We went to the North Carolina Museum of Art last week with Ellen and the kids. We didn't know exactly what we were going to see. We knew it was live music, that was enough for me :) Well this guys cartoons play on a big screen behind him while he sings and plays. It was awesome! Amelia really loved it. Olivia sat on my lap for almost half of the performance. I was amazed! Just thought I would share our new favorite!
