I know, no need to talk about Idly. isn't it? Posting a recipe here using Idly Rava. 2 Cups Idly Rava. 1 cup Urad daal ( white lentils). 1 Tspoon Fenugreek seeds ( methi seeds). Handful of Poha ( flattened rice / Powa. Consistency of batter shall be pouring consistency. Pancake batter consistency. Steam for 12-14 min.

Put the grated potato in a bowl filled with water. Shreds should be completely under water. In a pan pour Ghee. Heat well. Once heated, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add chopped chillies. Put all the shred in pan now. Stir immediately as the potatoes will stick to the pan bottom. Add salt to taste. Stir well.

A nice. 2 Cups of chopped Snake Gourd ( chopped into Round slices) If the seeds are quite hard then de seed the slices. 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut. 2 Tsp Roasted Groundnuts's powder ( danyache coot). 2-3 Or to taste green chillies. 15-20 Twigs of coriander leaves. 1/2 Tsp Sugar ( for a complete taste). Couple of twigs of curry leaves. Turmeric powder 2 pinches.

After long long time I am posting something :) Life has become hectic with managing work and home :) But today I made something new and couldn't resist to post the recipe today at any cost. Its been raining in Derby since weekend so Pakodas complemented the weather quite well and we truly enjoyed our evening with these spicy and hot pakoda :). Hope you enjoy them too.

When I used to remember all vegetables required wouldn't be there when all vegetables are there I wouldn't remember to prepare this. But.this time I prepared it on the same day as I got all required vegetables:). I have shallow fried the cutlets to reduce the calorie content. You can serve them with Burger bun or you can make Cutlet Chaat. 1 Tsp corn flour.
