Nem csak azért, mert kellemetlen érzés, hanem mert mostanában valamiért ott marad a helye. :-/ Főleg a hasamon. Biztos, hogy a mozgásszegény életmód is felelős ezért, ugyanis az elmúlt hónapokban nem nagyon emeltem meg a hátsóm. Na de ennyire. :-). Évek óta csinálom már. reggel, délben, este. egyszer, kétszer, többször. Hasba, felkarokba, combokba.

Sok éve már, hogy keresztanyám először mesélt nekem az aloe veráról, úgy emlékszem, akkoriban lettem cukorbeteg. Édesanyámhoz hasonlóan, ő is szívén viselte a sorsom és igyekezett mindennel támogatni, javítani ezen az állapoton. Most. Döbbenet. Ahhoz képest, ahonnan kezdtem 12 évvel ezelőtt, szerintem csodálatos. Biztosan tudom, hogy mindennek jelentősége és értelme van. Ahogyan ennek is. Ez fontos lépés volt. Ma meg már szinte rutin az a sok kis apró dolog az életemben, amit tavaly még erőszakolni kellett. (Mint a zöldséglevek fogyasztása, jóga gyakorlása.) A fogamzásgátló. Kivételével egyáltalán nem mérgezem magam szintetikus gyógyszerekkel sem. Erre vagyok a legbüszkébb. Bár most hazudok. mert tavaly kétszer használtam.:-). Meg hát ott az aloe vera.

Mindenhol hallom, látom, olvasok róla. rám pedig különösen érvényes ez idén. Titkok, melyeket nem akartam tudni. és sorolhatnám. Persze, van, akin simán átsuhannak ezek a dolgok, gond nélkül. A probléma az, hogy nálam a vércukrokkal együtt suhantak ide meg oda. :-D. És még mindig nem vagyok túl rajta, bár legalább már látom a fényt az alagút végén.
