I’m going to the Dominican Republic in March and I want to lose fifty pounds, though I will be thrilled if I lose thirty. So I am back on Weight Watchers. Back to tracking. Back to testing. This is good. Newer Entry →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Just another WordPress.com site. Post 20 Wednesday September 5, 2012. So here is my question to the universe: how does one accept their diagnoses? Whether it is diabetes, cancer, heart disease, AHDH, bi-polar, or any of the other words that seem to smack some of us up the side of the head. I know I have diabetes. I even have it tattooed on my wrist. It’s not a game. It’s not something that will go away. It’s like my NLD. It’s there. Now what? Newer Entry →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
