My teaching experience/ Curriculum and Instruction. Week 6 – After spring break. I would say that having ISAT right after spring break is not the best; not just for elementary students but any grade. Most of the information we keep in our brain take quite some time to sink in, but that is what it is. After this week, there is still a lot of work to be done. Though the students, at this time of the year are starting to be less focused, Mrs. S had been doing a great job to keep the students on track.

March 28, 2012. So it’s official, I’ve signed up for all of my tests that I need to take for my Oregons teaching licence. I have to take a CBEST and a NES. I’ve heard the CBEST is sort of common sense, but the NES test ranges from algebra to calculus 3. That one is going to be a little harder!
