Thursday, July 2, 2009. God is so good. Sadly, we just got back from a wonderfully restful vacation at the beach. It was wonderful to be able to relax and just take things as they come instead of being stressed and planning each second of our trip. We stayed at a beach house belonging to one of our loving covenant family members! It was wonderful. I'm the type of person who always feels like I need to be working on/doing something and here, there was no work to be done. It was fabulous! Here is the house.

A summation of my life at this point. Lilypie Waiting to Adopt tickers. Brent told me something that he learned this week that neither of us knew. We knew that when Jesus left the tomb, he left the linen cloths there. Now this is the meaning what we did not know and where it gets really interesting. John 20 records that the cloth that covered Jesus' face was folded and laying separate from the other clothes. Jesus wasn't even out of the tomb before He was leaving a promise of His second coming!

Sunday, February 27, 2011. Sixth Grade Dances. what more should I say? Most recently we had a Sock Hop. I was somehow put in charge of organizing and planning it. I often am put in charge and I never know how I got there! In the end, it turned out to be a wonderful event.
