August 18, 2011. We are all holding up well. As you can see, Anne is working hard all day…. Seriously, Anne has been a huge help and we have been laughing so much I’m certain the nurses here are contemplating putting us on the psych ward. We have had lots of helpers. She named it “Mom as Russian Empress.” That’s Jennifer, Diane’s weekend activity leader and caregiver. She’s as sweet as she looks. My relaxed adjustment to her condition is fading.
