Jordan . Laura . Lucy. Monday, September 23, 2013. After a couple of days in Portland, we hopped back in the car and finished the drive to Vancouver. I love going to visit my family there. We always stay with my grandparents. My Grandpa Ursaki is the cutest. He loves babies. He called Charlie, "Rusty". Grandma loved the kids too. Adam is Charlie's second cousin. They are just two months apart. Charlie's first time on a swing. The scenery along the Sea to Sky Highway is some of the prettiest I've ever seen.

Jordan . Laura . Lucy. Tuesday, February 19, 2013. This year Valentine's day switched from being about me and Jordan to being about the kids. Lucy is old enough now that she gets excited for holidays, and so it was fun to celebrate with her. The night before we made some sugar cookies as a family. He also got me a pretty bouquet of flowers and some Lindor Lindt truffles. Peter Pan finally came out of the Disney vault, so we surprised Lucy with it. Monday, February 4, 2013. Jordan . Laura . Lucy. Monday, October 15, 2012. It's never too early to teach kids the right team to cheer for.:). The girls in my ward threw me a baby shower complete with a crepe buffet. Mmmm. Check out this diaper cake that my friend, Karla, made. Crazy, right? As stated previously, Charlie does a lot of sleeping. And pooping. This is the result of a particularly crazy diaper change. He loves his bath! Jordan's mom went home on the Thursday before conference. It was so wonderful to have her here!

Jordan . Laura . Lucy. Wednesday, September 25, 2013. This little guy was born. What a joy he has been to our family. We celebrated his first birthday with family, Taco Time, and cupcakes. At first he wasn't so sure about the cupcake. It didn't take him to long to figure things out nicely. Oh, that toothy grin. He was so fun while he opened his presents. Even cousin Rudy wished him a baby birthday. Just a few things about Charlie at this age:. He loves hats, remote controls, stairs, and his little bike.

Jordan . Laura . Lucy. Wednesday, December 19, 2012. My sweet little Charlie is growing so fast. On the 22nd he'll be 3 months old. He is all smiles these days and he makes my heart melt. He is very communicative and coos and goos to let me know what he wants. While Lucy was a tiny little peanut who couldn't make it on the growth charts, Charlie represents the other end of the spectrum. At his two month appointment he weighed a whopping 14 lbs 2.5 oz! Best. Sunday. Ever. After church we took some pictures. Oh man. I love my mom. My kids were ridiculously sick the month of May. More to come on that. We also had a visit from my good friend, Steve Tingey, his wife, Mary, and their darling little boy, Julian. We had a great time catching up! A Visit From my Parents.
