The process of getting your hands stuck into sticky dough, squeezing and kneading it like it is playdoh, was not only a fun experience for my kids but also a great motor skill development activity. The cheese sprinkling session was also a much loved process, although quite messy. 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water. 2 teaspoon of honey. 2 teaspoon of dry yeast.
