My first recipe post is going to be for Hungarian Beef and Potato Goulash. I literally love this recipe, I cook this in a slow cooker on low for about 6 hours, or until the potatoes are soft enough for a knife to slide through them. 500g good quality stewing beef, cubed. 1 glass red wine (optional). 1 beef stock cube. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
