Diary of a Fit Chick. My daily journey into the world of health and fitness. Fastest 5K – Week 4, Day 2. Girl on the Run (sort of). November 28, 2010. Monday – Easy Run, 20-30 min. Tuesday – 4 min surges, 3-4 (fast pace for 4 min, slow for 2 min x 4). Wednesday – Easy Run, 15-20 min. Thursday – Cross train or rest. Friday – Fast Finish, 20-30 min (10-15 min fast pace finish). Saturday – 1 mile time trial (faster than race pace) this is from week 2. Sunday – Long Run, 40 – 50 min. Enter your comment here.
