Tuesday – 4 min surges, 3-4 (fast pace for 4 min, slow for 2 min x 4). Wednesday – Easy Run, 15-20 min. Thursday – Cross train or rest. Friday – Fast Finish, 20-30 min (10-15 min fast pace finish).
