Sunday, 7 March 2010. Weee hello again, these last 4 days have been an uber-grind to say the least! I think I've played more poker than I have slept in these last two days, including a 20 hour session yesterday where Isaac and Paul joined me and Lass for a 2NL donkfest which was brilliant, just like old times. I can't actually remember if I finished up or not but I suspect not, with Isaac at one point sitting at the table with $69 which was absurd but very funny. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, 30 November 2009. I've decided to start a new database monthly on Tracker.considering the number of hands I've played this month, I think it wise, otherwise the sample size just makes the data nonsense eventually. So tomorrow.or technically today I'll start a new, shiny exciting one! I went a little overboard.The last 1500 hands are today's hands, where I took what I'd learnt and applied it, but without being a nutcase. The results seem to be good. I should probably start posting interesting hand...

Friday, 15 May 2009. The Poker Lords Rain Down Bountiful Gifts Upon Us. Wowwhat a night. I started playing 25NL two nights ago and was a bit up and downy to start with - was just getting my bearings, even though the change isn't that big. Today I started playing again along with a few MTTs that I usually play.and well - I'll let pictures show what happened. I'm expecting a cataclysmic downswing in the near future.but I can always invest in play money for a while! A very nice start to 25nl by any means!

Friday, 10 October 2008. Finally decided to update this instead of doing something worthwhile with my life! Since coming back I've been playing on FullTilt with a piddly bankroll just messing around. I expected to lose it all and didn't much care. I think I've lost about $20 of it, but I had a lot of fun whilst doing it. And half the options have to be done through the webpage (Cashier, search player.etc). It does however have a few redeeming features -. 1 Free PT after a certain number of points.

We were 6 handed on the final table and on the bubble i have 120k stack which is 1/3 of the chips in play i have a realy good seat, Matt G is to my right and had been the only person to that point that has shown any sign of fighting back against my frequent pre flop raises, i have the tight players to my left and the short stacks taking up the other seats. Tuesday, 12 May 2009. Not a long post this time, just a note that I'm moving up to 10c25c, a limit that I've NEVER played before, so this should be exciting. So depending on how it goes I may be posting here soon laughing of crying. Being anal about my roll is how I got here I think. My roll now stands at $525 after I cashed in the rest of the money I originally had in Party, 21 buy-ins.not a massive amount, but a start! Wednesday, 24 March 2010. Well unfortunately it's not worked out, small loss of about $60 overall but all I'm bothered about is my effort not bearing any fruit. I'm playing the odd MTT now and then but I think online poker is no longer for me. I can't pinpoint why exactly, but either way this blog is closed and there will be no more posts if/until I win a decent amount. Thanks for reading and all the comments, and I hope to see you soon. Dont overplay the bannin. Friday, 9 October 2009. Its been an embarrassing long time since ive posted. Just a quick update, since last time ive been to vegas which was just sick. I finished up in poker but not enough to make a serious dent in expenditure. We basically did all the touristy stuff saw shows (santana and circ), grand canyon hellicopter ride, downtown, strat rides, bellagio buffet, shopping etc etc. So far ive done tournaments and 9man turbos, i dont think tournaments are right for me because...

Dont overplay the bannin. Saturday, 20 March 2010. Right i have $100 sitting in my pokerstars account and an evening free so might as well try a spin up instead of the grind. The target is $1000, ill start small but will most likely need to gamble it up come the end of the night to have a chance. Played a few small, $4-$10 range, tourns and sitngoes so far and despite being disconnected for a lot of it ran good to finish up. 13 hands was all it took :-( all of them horrifically played by me.
