Judging by the taste in my mouth when I woke up this morning, I am guessing that Ketosis is finally kicking in. I'm still feeling good, though a bit tired when the alarm went off. I took the pooch for a walk on the beach (well, walked her to the beach, then let her run around once there), and it was a gorgeous morning for it! I'm down to 260/1 this morning - that's about 10 lbs in 6 days!

I guess I lost some, well, something from not doing those workouts every week. And honestly, I liked the way I felt doing the Simplefit workouts more. I can't really put my finger on it though.
