Because life is made to share with those you love. Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Watered the garden as a "warm-up" and then headed out the door for a 10K today (6.2 miles). Ended the run at the Rec. Center where I met up with Brady to get in a quick lift before heading out to breakfast at one of our favorite places called 25 and Main. I had the Acai smoothie and it was delish! While soakin' in the tub I decided to read our soap bottle, yep you heard me, I spent the next half hour reading every last word on our bottle of Dr. Bronner's Eucalyptus Castile Soap. It has been soooo painful, and almost impossible to ever get comfortable. I even took Ibuprofen for the first time in several years. I feel like a hard core druggy.
