Min "kära" hyresvärd skickade ut ett brev med information om att kåken ska ombildas till bostadsrätter, bifogat var en bl.a en budget för den tänkta föreningen och priset för de olika lägenheterna. Min första tanke när jag läste om bildandet av en förening var att han vill göra sig av med ett bekymmer (akut behov av stamrust också).
