Thursday, September 8, 2011. I like to call Evie my "little monkey"! She is quite the climber and loves to explore! Needless to say, I can't hardly take my eyes off of her for a second or this is what happens! I was emptying the dishwasher the other morning and I heard her around the corner. When I peaked my head around this is what I found! It was pretty funny, so I had to have Ella sit there with her while I ran and got my camera! She managed to get trapped under the stool in the kitchen!

Thursday, October 20, 2011. We took our annual trip to the pumpkin patch on the road this year! Last year, Lindsay told us about a farm in Louisville that would be a great place to bring the girls. We weren't able to make it then, so we made a point to visit this year! Petting the animals on the farm, riding tractors and sliding down the mountain slide! It was an afternoon full of activities! We got tractor ride to the pumpkin patch. Ella "driving" her load of pumpkins :). Auntie Linds and Evie.

There are moments in my day where my world just stands still. It hits me hard, but it is silent. When it leaves I am not sure whether to be grateful for the relief or long once more for the silence. I heard a message in church not long ago. The gist was as follows:. When people are suffering. Chris and I have been on the receiving end of this love and I will share with you. Especially for two people who are not good at asking for help! Ri gets her."I can do it myself" very honest! Our friends, Amy and Josh, watched our babies on Friday night so me and Chris could get a "mental break! We also went home with a dinner prepared by Josh's parents.
