Then discovered the cable was jammed. This is not easy to replace. Pulled out the old. The ericson with the Edison Pedestal and Atomic 4 engine uses 6400cc series cable. Service all winches(disassemble without loosing parts). New port and starboard bow windows, Brass. Rope work for rear entry. Main sails sent out to be serviced. Get the electronics running right. Cptn Uwe's Pirate Tales Our Colony's Treasure. Sunday, May 23, 2010. We did our first run with the new boom and it worked fine . I had to tye off the footof the main sail with a strap because the new slugs for the sail had not arrived . Everything went well and im glad to be on the water again. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Sunday we put the boat in the water, and as usual I took control of the boat. Monday, May 10, 2010. The Summer 2010 launch. Its still 40 degree out though COLD But im ready.

The following are now done for this year. 1 the windows are in. 2 all lines aft is complete. 3 the anchor locks are in. 4 the new cleats are also on. 5 the sail track is in. 6the Edison pedestal hold is also done. 7 we have a new Bimini and Dodger to install. 8 there is a new rebuild kit for the head to install.
