While I am not pretending to be an authority on this subject or any other, I have incorporated all of these things into my life in the past couple of years since my divorce and I’m a hell of a lot happier now. 11 Things you can do to make your life better. 1) Make your bed every day. 2) Clean the kitchen while your cooking. 3) Read the Sunday paper in bed.
