Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Oh, while i am here. Our cats. we got lucky and tabby in march, sometimes and eddie and candy this past weekend. Now, i am not really a cat person, but it's FUNNY to watch cats play.and yes, they are all getting fixed , along with Sir Cookie next week! Links to this post. Tubing on the Calcasieu river with friends. Lauren really ENJOYED the pool this year. Fred celebrated his 36th birthday with family. Lauren had friends for sleep-overs (Elaine). My Dad and Seth.

Tuesday, June 01, 2010. Disney trip: day 3 and 4. We were up at 7:15 and ready to go to breakfast at 8:15. On the bus to Hollywood studios for STAR WARS WEEKENDS! Holy cow that place was PACKED UP! Lauren did not want to wait in the LONGGGGGGG. The pictures and seeing Other kids. LOL. I think it is, but i will have memories. So about 3:30 we were sweating bullets and wanted a break, so back to the hotel and in the pool for a whittle swim. it was nice. I was very happy Lauren rode those two rides! At 2:15...

Thursday, October 22, 2009. Halloween is right around the corner. I have to say i really enjoy dressing up. this will be the first time in years and i am excited. We finally got lauren to decide on a costume and fred has a few more things to get for his. Mine is done.woo hoo. I am trying to get my makeup just right and have been spending hours on my hair style. who would have figured looking like the 20's was so hard? I will post some pictures after Oct. 31. With christmas , new years, football, NFC champs, superbowl, birthday and mardi gras i think i have had enough. So no more going out. just work and to bed. and i need to find another doctor. Monday, January 24, 2011. Well, we made it to the Parish shows. Coco was calm and weighed in at 204 lbs. Lauren did good in Showmanship, taking it was her first time and i was proud of her. (being kinda shy and then thrown out in front of hundreds of people, she did very good! In the market Hog show on saturday, she got a blue ribbon, but Lauren was happy with that. Purple is the best, but i am happy that Lauren was happy for her blue ribbon. Now just to do it all over again starting Feb.3rd!

Monday, January 17, 2011. New Orleans trip january 2011. Oh how i love New Orleans.(less the smell). The personality and history of the city makes me so excited to walk those streets. Just walking down St. Peter's, i was in la-la land. kinda day dreaming of all those that people in history that set foot in this city by the mighty mississippi. Kinda makes you think of all the things that took place in NOLA.amazing. We had a GREAT time with the dugas' and totally enjoyed visiting "nawlin's again!
