Sunday, November 15, 2009. Life is busy and a bit crazy on our end. These are pictures of our adventures this summer. We had lots of fun going to Utah, taking David and Gabriel to their first trip to New York, watching Gabriel's excitement over his first beach trip and just tubing and having fun on the Potomac River at my parents house. This summer went by too fast, it is almost winter! Enjoying a beautiful sunset at the beach with my handsome boys. I love them so much. So excited to be at the beach.

For the last couple of weeks i've been on the brink of tears and have actually had two mini-breakdowns stemming from the reality that he is getting older and that time is not stopping for me to take all of this in. Monday, January 3, 2011. It was cute. He liked his new surroundings. He ran free at the beach, he is such a free spirit. Christmas eve was spent on the beach. Of course, all I brought were boots and jeans and sweaters. Somehow we didn't pack shorts or flip flops! So we didn't look very "beachy" at the beach. Thursday, May 24, 2012. Three year old Gabriel! Wowwe have a three year old in the house! For almost 4 months now! And we love it. Gabriel had a great birthday. Thursday, February 2, 2012. A Weekend with Tia and Andre. On Saturday we went to a park and flew Gabriel's kite. Gabriel fed the ducks with "leaves" and just had a fun time. That evening we watched a movie and ate donuts from a local donut shop that makes amazing donuts! My favorite is the powdered one with raspberry filling! Gabriel loves the donut holes, which he calls his "baby donuts". On Sunday we went to the Science Museum and enjoyed all the cool exhibits they had! Posted by David and Vanessa.

Friday, December 2, 2011. We had such a fun thanksgiving that i've been trying to think how to blog about it. Normally, I like to focus on all the gratefulness my favorite holiday evokes. But this thanksgiving was not only a nice one because of all the gratitude I focused on but also because we did so many fun things. It was such a blast. I won twice! Everyone in my family was able to win at least a game, except for my brother, it was kind of funny. I like the taste of turkey. Any time throughout the year.
