Monday, January 7, 2013. Sometimes, you just want something easy. Comfort food. But. you also don't want to kill any progress you've made with the ol' scale. What's a girl to do? And in our freezer we usually have sweet potato fries and steamer veggies on hand. And that was supper tonight. Easy, but not so bad for us. One of our days there we actually took a walk along the beach and threw the washed up jellyfish back in the ocean (it was fun for the boys). Day 1: Padre Island. This is a neat place to visit. It has changing facilities, bathrooms, showers, tour guides, touch and learn, etc. We were well educated on not taking home treasures i.e. hermet crabs, live star fish, etc. Day 2: Mustang Island.
