A Hands On Approach. I am also available to come to you. Coaching doesn’t mean sitting around telling you to eat more vegetables. I’ll give you recipes tailored to you (and your family’s! Tastes and lifestyle, and will bring samples to our meetings of foods you may be unfamiliar with but would improve your nutritional balance. I am available by email between sessions if you have questions or find something just isn’t working, and am available for house calls (see the ‘Other services’ page). Willpower is highly overrated. I have experience with allergies and gluten intolerance, blood sugar issues, lack of confidence in the kitchen, eating well on a budget, and child/parent nutritional trench warfare. My special interests are mental health, focus, and fatigue. I’m good with children and teens and know how to help them to take ownership of their own health. There was an error in this gadget. Monday, July 28, 2014. Aerobics "bounce bounce" (Jocelyn). Okay, spandex aside, this is great for your cardiovascular health. I used to do aerobics three times a week (along with walking every day and 9 hours of badminton a week). I have never felt fitter. But was I thinner than when I started doing all that exercise?
