Introduction to Ipaja Community Link (ICL). Ipaja Community Link is a small community development project in Lagos that is supported by Development Impact For Nigeria. A UK based, Nigerian led development organisation. I had met the co-ordinator, Yomi Oloko, at Africa Diaspora and Development.
