I got a new Personal Record at 32:58 and Josh got a PR at 21:04. This is a huge improvement for both of us. Tonight was our first official CrossFit Kids class. Even though there were only two kids who came in addition to our own children, we had a blast! Dot Drills, high kicks, etc. Duck, duck, goose.
