An overgrown allotment versus a bad back

An overgrown allotment versus a bad back. Wednesday, 27 May 2015. An hour with the trimmer makes the two plots look quite smart again. Friday, 8 May 2015. Making a start on the second allotment. we have decided to allow the top half under the trees and in shade go to grass with new fruit trees added. Meanwhile the fruit trees on the first plot look like having a good year, pears already appearing in abundance. Tuesday, 5 May 2015. Rotavator did all plots this morning, no problems. Monday, 20 April 2015.

An overgrown allotment versus a bad back: June 2013

http://www.diggybob.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html

An overgrown allotment versus a bad back. Thursday, 13 June 2013. A final push today and the last plot is cleared ready to plant. It feels good! So nice to see every corner clear! Tuesday, 11 June 2013. In between frequent showers I managed to get on the allotment for a spot of weeding and general tidying up. Everything is growing pretty well and I managed to put in some more plants and seeds. We even have a single cherry and quite a lot of small apples just starting. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

An overgrown allotment versus a bad back. Wednesday, 3 July 2013. Some lovely new potatoes dug up today and they were delicious! Also re-netted the peas against pigeons etc. they were outgrowing the hoops I had put over them. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). An overgrown allotment versus a bad back: Back to the plot

http://www.diggybob.blogspot.com/2014/09/back-to-plot.html

An overgrown allotment versus a bad back. Friday, 5 September 2014. Back to the plot. I don't know how other allotmenteers have seen this season. For ours it has been pretty dismal. A very long and wet Spring with parts of the allotment under water for weeks, then after getting on the plots to rotavate, weeks of very hot dry weather which baked the soil until a spade would hardly go in. The fruit trees also failed miserably, the apple did not produce a single fruit. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Diggy Books | Innovative educational solutions

July 26, 2013 · 2:20 pm. We met so many of our wonderful customers new and old at this year’s Education Show at the RDS in April . As usual we listen very carefully to your areas of interest and concern. The message this year that came over loud and clear was the struggle most early years educators face in trying to incorporate observations into their day to day work with the children. Here is the solution The Observation Toolkit. A perforated pad of individual observation sheets. The learning journal is...
