John's Photos: February 2006
http://john-davies.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 22, 2006. Firstly, appologies for the very long delay since my last post. I've had quite a lot of changes in my life over the last month or so and that's just kept me a little too busy. I've kept up the photography but just not had time to upload them here, I will do over the next few days. I've also got a 10 day trip to the US (East and West coast) so that should generate a number of new images to be posted here. Please watch this space. Brighton (actually this wasn't infrared).

Tuesday, September 26, 2006. I spent the weekend in Pewsey. For the annual Pewsey carnival. As you can see the weather was spectacular, we had a thunderstorm over night and it was just beautifully fresh, perfect for a long walk. Tuesday, November 29, 2005. Ye Olde British Pub. Enough history, this is probably one of the most wonderful pubs I've ever been to, excellent beer, excellent food and wine, friendly staff and tucked deep in the country surrounded by walks. Tuesday, January 03, 2006. Benfeld is a small town about 35km (25 miles) south of Strasbourg, its history goes back over 6000 years but it was largely distroyed towards the end of the last war by the Germans as they pulled out. I took these while walking around the town. Details: Benfeld, Alsace, Eastern France. Canon 20D, ISO-100, RAW. 1/6 sec @ f22. 20-35mm 2.8L @ 32mm. Details: Benfeld, Alsace, Eastern France. John's Photos: March 2006
http://john-davies.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 05, 2006. I am completely knackered (that's English for tired to the extreme). I've been from London to New York, to Denver, to Portland Oregon and I'm now at the airport waiting for the "red-eye" to Chicago then to New York and finally to Boston where I stay for 2 days before flying back to London. Anyway, I had the day "off" today and drove out to Mt. Hood. I'm going to add the details of the photos later but I've only got 20 minutes before I head off to security for my flight.

Friday, July 28, 2006. This afternoon I took the boys along to Lyme Regis, a place well know to most Brits as the UK's fossil Mecca. Today the RAF (Royal Air Force) put on a very impressive parachute display. Armed with a 200mm f2.8 and a 1.4X converter this are some of the shots I got. Posted by John T Davies at 7:03 PM. Wednesday, July 26, 2006. A British chip by the way is like a "French fry" but much more chunky, they're usually larger than a man's thumb. Posted by John T Davies at 10:11 AM. Sometime...

Friday, December 23, 2005. No 25 bus, a great place to sleep. It's been quiet for a while, at least on my blog. Life didn't stop, it just got rather busy with Christmas parties in the City, if I wasn't out partying I was either nursing a hangover or looking after the kids. All in all rather a busy two weeks leading up to Christmas. Where ever the hell that is! Details: Monument, City of London. Canon 20D, ISO-400, RAW. 1 sec @ f11. 20-35mm 2.8L @ 20mm.
