Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Eagle One Media and Mid Summers Expo. Two important notes for today:. New Baby Productions has partnered with Eagle One Media. To offer digital downloads of the Elemental Fources comics. Check out their Comic Book Digital Download Store. For books from several publishers, including IDW, Alterna, Moonstone, Chimaera, Rorschach, Antarctic, and many others:. This is very similar to what is already being done with Wowio. I just signed up for a table at the Mid Summers Expo.

Saturday, February 28, 2009. Issue #4, 5, and 6 (and Con Exclusives). I just sent issues 4, 5, and 6, of Elemental Fources. To the printer. See the cover images below, and watch for issues to be added to the EF Bookstore. I was also able to work out the ability to create variant covers, so I will be offering exclusive versions for each of the large cons that I will be attending this year. I'll post those cover images as we get closer to each con. Rest assured, they look very cool. Eric Mullarky, Publisher.

If this book is any indication, you can tell the story just fine. Latest review from Digital CAPtionS, http:/ comicnews.info/? Digital-CAPtionS - “100 Covers”. Dear Art Accomplice: Painting a Coat-of-Arms? I am a self-taught artist, commissioned to paint a family Coat of Arms.I prefer the look of the medieval black background, but cannot find many examples. Where could I find examples of old, dark paintings of Coat of Arms? And do you have any tips on painting armour? I have Winsor and Newton metallics, but they not very opaque. Showing the arms of Richard de Clare II,. Earl of Hertford and Gloucester; early 16th century. The Codex Manesse; 14th century. Anothe...

Transferring: How Your Sketch Becomes Finished Art. Graphite paper is an easy way to transfer a sketch. It requires no equipment and is ideal for transferring to boards and panels. It works like the old-fashioned carbon paper. Start with a piece of tracing paper (or other thin paper) and use a graphite stick or soft (4B) pencil to cover one side:. Next tape it to the back of your sketch with the graphite side out, facing away from the sketch:. The lines are transferred to your final board:. A grid works ...
