Education Foundation Scholarship Recipients. OTA Education Foundation Scholarships. Financial awards are available to Ontario students enrolled in approved programs at approvedCanadian post-secondary institutions. Applicants are assessed primarily on academic performance. In an effort to learn more about, and to demonstrate an understanding of Ontario's trucking industry, applicants are asked to write an essay that answers a specific question about trucking. Includes detailed instructions for completion.
