Elegance Revisited: Another Wrap Dress... with Boots
http://www.elegance-revisited.com/2014/11/another-wrap-dress-with-boots.html
Sunday, 9 November 2014. Another Wrap Dress. with Boots. Another day, another wrap dress. I have this Baukjen. And wrap dresses. I have accumulated quite a few. My excuse is that they travel well: you can just roll them up and toss them into a suitcase. No ironing required. Yes, I'm lazy. or busy, maybe both. Who cares, life's too short for ironing. Magnifying glass pendant: Lilja and Lykke / bag: Michael Kors / boots: Jones Bootmaker. What do you think? Linking up with Patti. Also linking up with Paige.

Elegance Revisited: Ties
http://www.elegance-revisited.com/2015/07/ties.html
Thursday, 23 July 2015. My husband is a bit of a dandy. He probably has more clothes than I do, especially when it comes to formal wear. No, he does not wear a suit and a tie every day, maybe once or twice a week. Well, that's often enough to need some variety as far as ties are concerned, for sure. And he certainly makes the most of his impressive collection. Or what do you think of these examples:. I wonder if there's something to it. 24 July 2015 at 18:38. I hope Im not looking like my TallBrownFox!

Elegance Revisited: Pink Dress: Retro Style
http://www.elegance-revisited.com/2015/03/pink-dress-retro-style.html
Sunday, 1 March 2015. Pink Dress: Retro Style. For my first post in the 3-part series featuring 3 different looks with this fitted, tailored pink dress, I decided to go retro. And by retro I mean the early 60's Mad Men. The sexy, fitted but modest dresses, ladylike accessories, the tidy hairdos, the pearls. I don't often dress like that, though. For starters, I have serious doubts whether I can pull off ladylike. Convincingly, I mean. Dress: L.K.Bennett (old) / Cardigan: Brora ( similar. Tiina, for times...

Elegance Revisited: The Power of Accessories, part 1
http://www.elegance-revisited.com/2015/02/the-power-of-accessories-part-1.html
Wednesday, 18 February 2015. The Power of Accessories, part 1. I live out of a suitcase. Sometimes literally, as I commute between my Homebases. But what I really mean here is a certain attitude, or a way of looking at life. As in, I would like to fit all my (lovingly curated) belongings into one suitcase I can easily carry around (note: a suitcase, not cabin luggage.), i.e. go totally minimalistic with all my possessions and manage with less stuff. On Sunday, OK? Pashmina: Fraas (old) / skirt: Jigsaw.

Elegance Revisited: Dressing for hot weather: the minimalist maxidress
http://www.elegance-revisited.com/2015/07/dressing-for-hot-weather-minimalist.html
Sunday, 19 July 2015. Dressing for hot weather: the minimalist maxidress. I have just one maxi dress. I usually buy one, every other year or so, thinking that it's just what my summer wardrobe needs: ethereal, floaty fabric gently swaying as I walk, enjoying the sunshine and warm summer breeze. Except that I don't enjoy the sunshine, and hot weather makes me want to stay indoors, preferably submerged in a bathtub full of ice cubes. I got the dress for a trip to South Korea (you've seen it before HERE.
