Saturday, September 1, 2012. Bethany Katherine Harrison was born at 8:20 PM on August 30th. She was 5lbs 12oz and 19 inches long. Apparently she wasn't aware of the schedule! We had a c-section all set for Sept. 13, so we thought we had 2 weeks. But the morning of her birth my water broke. It was so little that I wasn't really sure. Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Aubrey has been really into trains lately. Randomly, on the way to a Halloween party at John's work she yelled out "I NEED a choo-choo train! We've been trying to help her understand the difference between needs and wants so we had a little conversation about it on the car. Little did we know all our good parenting was about to be undermined: there was a train at the party! Both the girls were pretty into it. Even if you can't tell by their faces. They also played some games.

Wednesday, May 21, 2014. This year was Ethan's first pinewood derby. He was a little so so about it, but once he got going, he loved it. He picked out the design of his car, the Batmobile, and he did all the work, except for the cutting with the saw. Emma and Jackson liked watching all the cars race. Monday, July 29, 2013. Beth really loves finding little spots to stick herself. This picture was taken a few weeks ago, so she has now moved on to a lot more adventurous spots. She is a big climber and, unbeknownst to me until it was happening, learned to climb the stairs. Luckily our baby gate had never even been put away from Aubrey's unsteady climbing period. Thursday, May 24, 2012. Aubrey had a great Easter. Grandma LaVaun bought her some peeps and she enjoyed them quite a bit. But I'm pretty sure they made her barf that night. Oh, well.
