Blend the following ingredients in a food processor first. 1/2 c cashew butter or 1 c cashews. 1/4-1/2 c cider or rice vinegar. 1-2 cloves garlic (or more to taste! 2 T brown sugar (or other sweetener, honey is good too). 1/4 c sesame oil. 2-6 fresh chili peppers (optional). Peanut Butter Oatmeal Rounds from Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. 3/4 cup butter or margarine. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (I sub in some ww). 2 cups rolled oats (I also sqeeze in some wheat germ). 1 cup chopped cocktail peanuts or semisweet chocoate pieces.

Source: Joyva Sesame Tahini ad in VG Times. Packed with antioxidants, B vitamins and protein, these pitas will give your brain a boost! 1 cup low-fat or plain yogurt (we use soy to make it vegan). 2 Tbs Jayva Sesame Tahini. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tsp fresh lemon juice. 4 large whole wheat pita breads. 4 ripe plum tomatoes, diced.
