Menu Madness: Beef Shells Supreme with Veggies
http://menumadness.blogspot.com/2011/05/beef-shells-supreme-with-veggies.html
Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Beef Shells Supreme with Veggies. I made the Beef Noodle Supreme recipe from this site. And of course I had to modify it (just because I wanted to use my veggies on hand and add a little spark). My mom used to make this recipe but instead of green onions, she'd use parsley. I followed the recipe but added fresh spinach and asparagus to the sauce as well as fresh parsley to the cream cheese mixture. It turned out so well! 1 lb ground beef. 1 tblsp olive oil. First start the noodle...

http://menumadness.blogspot.com/2011/08/last-week-of-summer-menu.html
Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Last week of Summer Menu. This is the last week before the kids start school and needless to say, I'm home with them all week (no camp). Here are some ideas of what we'll be cooking this week. Oh yea, and hubby decided to go Gluten-Free a few weeks ago so it's going to be a challenge. Although I'll probably do Quinoa and Greens). I'll have to remember this recipe since I didn't write it out). Cha Cha Ching Chili. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Pin me on Pinterest. Caesar Sa...

Menu Madness: Grits 'N Greens
http://menumadness.blogspot.com/2010/08/grits-n-greens.html
Monday, August 23, 2010. Why have I not found this awesome recipe before in my 21 years of life (haha)! This Grits 'N Greens. Was so yummy tonight! I did a few variations (didn't have instant grits- cooked them from scratch the first time ever! And I had to cook the collard greens on the stove top) but overall, this recipe was really easy, very satisfying and super tasty! I'm definitely adding this one to my rotation and to my top 50 list! Thank you Budget Bytes! You never fail to make my family happy!

Jack & Joe: March 2010
http://fountainboys.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Jack picked up my camera and went on a photo shoot around the house and outside. For those who don't know my family, suffice it to say that photography is in the genes. (My dad, uncle, cousin, and brother are all either professional or serious hobbyist photographers.) The following are some of the pictures he took. Then, after I got the groceries put away, we went for a walk, and he wanted to stop and smell the flowers in the neighbor's yard. Then, we played hopscotch. He ADORES ...

http://fountainboys.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Two weeks old already? I can hardly believe that Joe is already two weeks old! I know, I know, "He'll be going to college before you know it. Time passes so quickly, blah, blah, blah." But, seriously, these past two might have been the fastest of my entire life, and I know the pace is only going to pick up! First meeting with Uncle Doc. Two weeks old today! Update on day-to-day life (sleeping, eating, crying):. Can you believe that? Today was Joe's two week check-up, and we also...

Jack & Joe: Christmas (Part 2)
http://fountainboys.blogspot.com/2010/03/christmas-part-2.html
Thursday, March 25, 2010. Christmas Eve we opened and wore our matching pjs. Christmas morning Jack woke to find a blue, big boy bike, a helmet and pads and a Saints tackle dummy.just what he asked Santa for. Santa brought Joe a Busy Ball Popper. After opening gifts at Grandmommy's house, we went over to Gramps's for a big Christmas lunch with all of the Bowies. Jack decided to wear his Santa suit that Grandmommy gave him. After lunch, Jack put on his gear and went for a ride. View my complete profile.

Jack & Joe: October 2009
http://fountainboys.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 26, 2009. Joe's first trip to Lafayette. When we left Natchez, the boys and I went to Lafayette with Grandmommy for a few days. Brent had to work, so he wasn't able to join us. We had a good visit with my family. On Sunday before we left, Susu had a Sip and See for us. Lots of ladies came to meet Joseph. It was a fun weekend! Friday, October 9, 2009. Notice the storm in the background.we barely beat the rain. There was a great big "corn box" (like a sandbox with corn instead of sand.).
