In a 2 cup glass measuring cup (microwave safe), place butter and flour. Microwave, uncovered, on high just until butter melts, about 30 seconds. Remove and stir to mix well. Microwave another 15 seconds or until mixture bubbles quickly. Stir about 1/4 cup grated cheese into mixture after adding salt and pepper. Serve over pasta, vegetables or meat. 1 1/2 cups flour.

Combine chicken, water chestnuts, almonds, celery, and pineapple in large bowl. In medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice. She recently acquired an ATV with snowplow attachment so we had fun plowing the snow off the ice on Summit Lake so that we could go ice skating.
