A splash of red wine vinegar. 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed or coarsely chopped. 1 tsp chili powder. 1/2 tsp. cumin. 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt. 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Grill about 7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and allow to stand a few minutes so it doesn’t lose its juiciness.
